Whether you’re planning a workshop or a multi-day summit, DMU32, located at 3200 Grand Avenue in Des Moines, provides the environment, support and amenities you need at an affordable rate.
From intimate gatherings of 10 to large events of up to 500 guests, the Olsen Center at DMU32 adapts to your needs. In a banquet setup with round tables, it seats 320. It also has the flexibility to incorporate breakout rooms, making it ideal for health, education, research and community business events.

CATERING
Aramark manages all catering for DMU32. Our catering team will ensure your guests are well-fed and cared for from coffee service to plated meals.
Catering is billed separately from rental fees.
RENTAL RATES & TERMS
- Olsen Center Rental: $800 per day
- Administrative Fee: $300 per event
A signed facilities use agreement and full payment are required to confirm your reservation. Additional charges may apply for audiovisual, security or facilities staffing.
OPTIONAL ENHANCEMENTS
The following equipment and services can be arranged to meet specific event needs for additional fees:
